We will not carry out any work on your car without your prior consent and agreement, we will always discuss with you exactly what needs to be done and the costs involved before undertaking any work.
We pride ourselves on customer care and care for your car is of the utmost importance to us, our reputation has been built by offering a friendly, honest, reliable and professional service at great value for money.
Servicing is our speciality, there are different types of service but the most common by far is a full/yearly service carried out once a year or every 10 – 20,000 miles which ever is soonest.
We can also take your car for its MOT at the same time and bring it back to you.

We can cater for all your vehicles servicing and repair/maintenance needs including commonly:
Pricing – Our hourly labour rate is just £40 plus VAT per hour, we have no call out charge and don't charge by the hour but the minimum charge is for one hours labour.
We can also cope with your fleet servicing whether your business be corporate chauffeur hire or a fleet of delivery vans we will still provide the high level of workmanship and customer care we pride ourselves on.
If we cant fix or fully diagnose your vehicle problems then there's no fee to you whatsoever, when you pay for your first hour we wont charge twice if we have to go and collect parts etc and come back - the hours labour is carried over, its not a 'callout' just a minimum charge, please don't hesitate to give us a call if you have any queries or just need some advice we will be more than happy to help.
Manufacturers Warranty – under new laws you can now choose where you service your new car without affecting your manufacturers warranty as long as its kept to the manufacturers recommended service schedule as found in your service booklet. Cambelts play a very important role as an engine component and must be replaced at intervals stated by the vehicles manufacturer, if a cambelt is to break its highly likely that it will cause extensive engine damage leading to repairs costing hundreds and sometimes thousands of pounds to repair. We have great prices on cambelts for example a common 8valve car we can supply and fit including belt and tensioner for £80 all inc and a 16valve equivalent start from about £120 all inc. Repairs - Carserv have a very wide range of tools, equipment, vehicle data technology, and vast technicians knowledge to provide a second to none service when it comes to repairing your vehicle, whatever the make, model or age, our guarantee that covers all work carried out by carserv proving our confidence in the quality of workmanship.
Parts - We are able to source parts direct from your vehicles manufacturer or the most popular option would be for us to search other reputable high quality makes/suppliers for ‘pattern parts’ which are better value for money and still covered by the carserv warranty. We can even source second hand parts to cater for certain requirements.
Computer diagnostic equipment - We have the latest top of the range bosch diagnostic computer capable of communicating with most makes and models from year 2000 onwards, it will enter the cars main computer and read out faults when there is a problem such as the engine warning light is staying on, ABS warning light, airbag warning light, SRS warning light etc etc. Re-setting service interval reminders and more.
We can fit devices that are 'Thatcham Approved' to prevent the accidental mis-fuelling of diesels with petrol for £70 plus VAT including parts and labour, this service can also be provided for fleets of vehicles. |
